For every property:
- • original_address — Your input address (for mapping)
- • consensus_value — Weighted average of AVMs
- • avm_count — Number of sources found
- • geo_adjustment_percent — Risk adjustment (Tier 2+)
- • risk_adjusted_value — Final value after geo (Tier 2+)
- • flood_zone — FEMA zone (Tier 2+)
- • safmr_2br / redfin_rent — Rental benchmarks (Tier 2+)
- • geo_risk_level — Low/Medium/High (Tier 2+)
- • streetview_url — Google Street View link
- • was_charged — Whether tokens were used
Processing info:
- • status — completed, failed, or skipped
- • used_cache — Whether we had recent data
- • error — Error message if failed
Custom columns:
- • Your columns preserved — property_id, loan_number, etc.
